1) When you call us, we will set an appointment for a free in-home consultation at a time that works best for you. No job is too big or too small. We will come to anywhere in Seattle & the surrounding western WA area.
2) On the day of your appointment, our consultant will come to your home:
- Our highly trained window coverings pro will consult with you to learn about your specific needs, wants & budget.
- They will show you various product options & explain the benefits that each offers to help you choose the best solution.
- They will then measure the window(s) you desire coverings for.
- Once the proper measurements are taken to ensure an exact fit, a quote will be prepared for you, with no pressure to buy.
If you need more time to decide, we will gladly leave the quote with you. Then you can call us when you are ready to purchase your new window coverings, or have any new questions.
Once you decide to purchase your blinds, we will place your custom order. In a few weeks (maybe more or less depending on the product) we will call you to schedule your installation.
3) Our installation group will come to your home at the scheduled installation time:
- They will install your new window coverings.
- Show you on how to use them.
- Give you advice on how to properly maintain them.
- Answer any other questions.
- Leave your warranty information.
- Clean up & remove packing materials.
