Just wanted to pass on how extremely happy I was with service from your company. We bought an expensive, top down bottom up cordless blind for our master from you a little less than a year ago. If failed to go up one morning. I call and spoke with Michelle and she sent Tristan out to fix it. Both Michelle and Tristan should be commended fo their customer service. Tristan picked up the blind and told me it would be a week before it would be ready, I was called two days later and told it was done and he came out the next day and reinstalled. Michelle kept me informed during the whole process. Excellent work by your team!!

I usually don’t fall for radio/TV ads, but when I needed window treatments for my new home, I checked out Major Blinds after hearing their ad. After seeing that they received high ratings from the BBB and online reviews, I saw that they some serious creds so I gave them a call, and in the end, I was very happy with the products and with the whole experience.
For starters, Major Blinds is a local company and showed solid customer service throughout. With another company, it took them two weeks to send a sales associate, but with Major Blinds, they were able to send out someone the next day.
As for products, they carry a complete selection of Hunter Douglas treatments, which worked well with our windows, which are difficult to say the least (our screens open INWARD?!?). Our sales associate, Tristan, was very thorough and knowledgeable, and came up with a solution that worked with our windows. He was also very professional, e.g. not pushy at all, and extremely responsive when getting back to you. Once the treatments arrived, installation was scheduled very quickly.
Major Blinds does not have a showroom, so their overhead is low, and Tristan worked with us to lower the pricing as much as possible. Window treatments are a big investment, but the overall experience with Major Blinds was definitely pleasant and easy.

I highly recommend Rich and his staff at Major Blinds! I did my homework and shopped around with several companies prior to using them. Major Blinds had a better selection for everything we were looking for (blinds, shades and shutters). They also beat their competition on pricing! Above all, I was most impressed with their customer service. From our very first call, to working with the install team, they are by far the most professional/courteous company we have worked with! I have referred them to 3 close friends, all of which are equally impressed! You must call them before going with any other vendor!
